1. About us This website is operated by Vita Cure FZC, a company registered in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (Formation Number 4425206). Throughout this site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Vita Cure FZC. Vita Cure FZC is the authorized distributor of the Shoulder Sleeper Pillow™ for the Middle East region; the Shoulder Sleeper Pillow™ is designed and manufactured in the USA.
2. Use of this site By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
3. Products and product descriptions We attempt to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Important health and safety disclaimer: The Shoulder Sleeper Pillow is a sleep-positioning comfort product. 4. Pricing and payment All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
5. Intellectual property "Shoulder Sleeper Pillow™" and associated branding are trademarks of their respective owner and are used by Vita Cure FZC under an authorized distribution arrangement. All other content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos specific to Vita Cure, is the property of Vita Cure FZC unless otherwise noted.
6. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Vita Cure FZC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or this website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) or other mandatory applicable law.
7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Vita Cure FZC harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of our products or breach of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws and regulations of the Emirate of Sharjah and the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
