Shipping policy

At Vita Cure, we are committed to delivering medical-grade recovery products quickly, safely, and reliably across the Middle East and Africa. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfilment centre in Dubai, UAE.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2pm GST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.


Shipping Timeframes

  • Middle East: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
    (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq)

  • Africa: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on destination and local customs.
    (South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, Mauritius, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Namibia, Botswana, and more)

Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance, public holidays, and courier availability in remote or rural areas.


Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Courier availability

  • Weight and size of the order

For bulk, wholesale, or clinical shipments, please contact us directly for negotiated shipping rates.


Customs, Duties & Local Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage charges, depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

  • The customer is responsible for settling any charges required for customs clearance.

  • Some countries may require ID verification to clear medical-related products.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the shipment is returned, shipping and return fees may be deducted from the refund.


Delivery Restrictions by Country

Middle East

  • Saudi Arabia: National ID/Iqama may be required by customs.

  • Kuwait & Qatar: PO Boxes cannot be used — please provide a full street address.

  • Lebanon & Iraq: Delivery may take additional time due to local courier constraints.

Africa

  • South Africa: SARS may apply customs VAT based on the declared value.

  • Kenya: KRA frequently requires ID for release of shipments.

  • Nigeria & Ghana: Deliveries to remote locations may require longer transit times.

  • Mauritius: Customs may request additional verification for medical-related products.

If you are unsure whether your location has restrictions, our support team can confirm before you place your order.


Tracking Your Order

All orders include real-time tracking. Once dispatched, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking link

  • Courier name

  • Estimated arrival window

If you experience any tracking delays, contact our support team and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing contact information

  • No one available to receive the package

  • Failure to pay customs duties

Your order may be returned to us.

Reshipment will require an additional shipping fee. Refunds for returned parcels will exclude original shipping charges and any return courier fees.


Shipping to Clinics & Hospitals

We regularly ship to:

  • Medical clinics

  • Hospitals

  • Physiotherapy centres

  • Rehabilitation facilities

  • Distributors across the Middle East & Africa

If your organisation needs a commercial invoice, HS codes, or formal documentation for customs, we can provide this upon request.


Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will open an investigation with the courier and work quickly to resolve the issue with either:

  • A replacement shipment

  • Or a refund (depending on the outcome)
