Where we ship Vita Cure FZC currently ships to: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
Processing time Orders are processed and handed to our courier within 1–2 business days of purchase, Mon–Fri (excluding UAE public holidays).
Delivery time
- United Arab Emirates: 2–4 business days
- Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not order date, and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays outside our control.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Customs and import charges Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days, contact info@vitacureglobal.com and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Lost or delayed shipments: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with our courier partner and keep you updated.
